In a town like Linlithgow, people’s needs are not often obvious. It is rare for someone to openly ask for help. So much of the need is hidden behind closed doors. We believe that there are deep spiritual and relational needs in Linlithgow and that Jesus wants to make a difference in people’s lives. He calls us out into our community, to make disciples, to tell people the good news and to make a practical and meaningful difference in their lives.
We are keen to encourage the church to help build relationships in our community. Whether that’s organising events or supporting people to invite their neighbours for a barbecue, we want to make it as easy as possible to explain why it’s so important to take this good news of Jesus out to the world.
Let’s get out there and be caring to the people we meet. Let’s develop genuine relationships and be willing to serve our community, our neighbours and our friends.
Our community pastor is David Todd – he’d be delighted to hear from you.
