I am married to Marjorie and we have a son and daughter who are both married now and we have 5 lovely grandchildren.
I came to St. John’s in 2003 and in 2007 I retired from the Police Service and became more involved in the life of St. John’s. For many years I helped as a voluntary Youth Leader which was a great joy to me in seeing our youth grow and develop.
In the past two years I have changed my role to another voluntary position on staff as Church Secretary where I serve and support the Senior Pastor and Elders in general administration and recently became the Administrator for the Scottish Network of Churches. Serving in this voluntary capacity is so worthwhile and fruitful in engaging with my Church family and leaders here in this Church and elsewhere.
Outwith the Church and within my retired life I enjoy my interests of music both listening and playing piano and keeping fit and healthy in this retired but busy life.
